Solicitation # FA441827R0001
Solicitation FA441827R0001 is a request for proposals for a multi-year, Firm Fixed-Price, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Facility Enhancement and Maintenance (FEM) services at Joint Base Lindsey Graham, South Carolina. This total small business set-aside effort has a contract ceiling of 27.5 million dollars, with an estimated annual value of 5 million dollars. Proposals must be submitted electronically via DOD SAFE by 12:00 PM ET on November 13, 2026, and must include a price proposal, a bid bond of 20 percent of the base year price or 1 million dollars, and documentation of up to five relevant past performance projects from the last three years.
