The purpose of amendment number two (2) to solicitation number SSA-RFP-12-1026 is to: 1. Provide responses to questions received on June 8, 2012 regarding the solicitation, 2. Update Section B.1 "Prices/Costs" on page 6 and page 8 to address overtime rates, 3. Update Section B.1, Table 1 "Price for Transition Period, Administrative Support, and Technical Tasks 1 through 13" to remove an Expert System Programmer from Task 2, and to add an Expert System Programmer to Task 5, 4. Correct cross references in section B.2 "Description of Services," 5. Update Section D.2 "Applicability of SSA's Accessibility Requirements to EIT Solutions" to remove the checked additional agency specific accessibility requirement 1.5 "Technical Support and Assistance (Hotline)," 6. Update Section D.4 "Past Performance Questionnaire," 7. Update Section D.5 "Reference Authorization Letter," 8. Update Section D.7 "Staffing Plan Templates," 9. Update Section D.8 "Current Task Staffing Levels," and 10. Update Section E.7.1. "General Provisions." All changes to the addendum to SF 1449 are highlighted in yellow. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the solicitation closing date and time as amended.
