Sentinel Elementary School District (SESD), #71, is a single school K-8 of approximately 50 students in Dateland, Arizona (Maricopa County). SESD is seeking a full-solution provider, to include cybersecurity, of Information Technology (IT). Technology Services to cover district-wide as needed but scheduled ON-SITE hardware maintenance (district owned equipment), configuration services, recovery services, and software updates.The vendor awarded will also provide scheduled and on-call, as needed and per agreed upon hours for REMOTE maintenance of diagnostics, troubleshooting, and related resolution of all IT issues requested by the district and covered by the list of devices and software included in this solicitation.Vendors are required to sign Formal Data Security and Confidential (and Nondisclosure) agreements as per state of Arizona requirements for K-12 schools.
