Amendment #2 The purpose of this Amendment #2 is to clarify solicitation information as follows: (1) Section L.2.1, Proposal Delivery: The Compliance Matrix is not excluded from the page count stipulations provided for in the technical proposal. (2) Section L.2.3.1.4.6, Terminated Contracts: This is to clarify past performance information requirements. The technical evaluation will include an analysis of past performance of the Prime Contractor and all first-tier Subcontractors. The Government's intent is to understand the circumstances for any contract terminations (convenience or default) for the Prime or 1st Tier Subcontractors within the last 3 years. This requirement is not limited to only the past performance references submitted by the Prime and 1st Tier Subcontractors, but all contracts held by the Prime and 1st Tier Subcontractors that were terminated for convenience or default within the last 3 years. The page count parameters remain. (3) Section L, Attachment (2) and Attachment (3): Attachment (2)--The FY09 SETS II Historical Data provided is for the 12-month period from October 1, 2008 - September 30, 2009. The General Contract Services (GCS) labor cost should read $1,766,375.07. A typographical error was made in Amendment #1. The revised worksheet is attached in this Amendment #2. Attachment (3)--The FY10 Level of Effort Budget Data are projections for the 12-month period from October 1, 2009 - September 30, 2010. The GCS level of effort and number of FTE's is revised. The revised worksheet is attached in this Amendment #2.
