Infrastructure, Development, and Engineering (IDE)

The 705 Combat Training Squadron at Kirtland AFB is seeking Statements of Capability for Infrastructure, Development, and Engineering support for the Distributed Mission Operations Center. The objective is to secure technical expertise to maintain and develop the DMOC battlespace, which includes complex networks, IT equipment, and Live-Virtual-Constructive simulators. The scope of work covers five primary mission areas: internal and external training events, testing, experimentation, and various research and development projects. Estimated labor for this effort is 150,000 hours per year. Qualified offerors must demonstrate the ability to provide a highly skilled workforce, including program managers and engineers with specific degrees and years of experience. Strict security requirements are in place, requiring all personnel to hold at least a Secret clearance, with a significant percentage requiring Top Secret, SCI, and SAP/SAR eligibility.
