Infrastructure - Invitation to Bid - WESTLOCK – PROVINCIAL BUILDING

The contract requires the installation of a new Access Control System and CCTV network across the Westlock provincial building, encompassing central servers, surveillance cameras, a video management system, operator workstations, and badging equipment, all configured to meet Alberta Infrastructure Standards. The project includes integrating the Westlock system with the Grande Prairie central server and connecting it to the Hanwha Vision Cloud Sync platform through NETOPS, ensuring seamless remote monitoring and data synchronization. Existing door assemblies will be replaced and the glass sliding door modified to enable secure, access-controlled operation, fully compliant with the Alberta Building Code and NFPA standards. All work must include full programming, testing, and operator training to ensure system functionality and usability. The scope further requires ceiling tile removal, hazardous materials abatement, and the removal and reinstallation of associated lighting components to facilitate system deployment. Only bidders who have signed NDAs are eligible to receive Addendum 1, which may contain critical updates or clarifications to the original specifications.
