This is a firm-fixed- price (FFP) purchase order payable entirely in Mexican pesos (MXP) for Mexican
firms and US dollars (USD) for US firms. The price includes all direct and indirect costs, overhead, general,
and administrative expense, profit, shipping/delivery charges, insurance, assembly, etc. The price will not
be subject to adjustment after award. No additional sums will be payable for any escalation in the cost of
materials, equipment, or labor, or because of the Contractor's failure to properly estimate or accurately
predict the cost or difficulty of completing the contract. The Government will not adjust the contract price
due to fluctuations in the cost of contract performance or due to fluctuations in exchange rates.


The Contractor shall deliver a four-day course titled "Investigative Interview and Advanced
Interrogation," utilizing the REID Technique methodology. The course shall provide participants with
practical skills in building rapport and trust, analyzing behavioral symptoms of truth and deception, applying
the nine-step REID Technique interrogation process, employing strategic questioning techniques, and
producing legally sound documentation and confessions.
