The U.S. Department of State, through the International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Office (INL) at the U.S. Embassy in Bogotá, is soliciting quotations for miscellaneous construction materials to support the CNP San Joaquin Mercaderes Base Security project in Cauca, Colombia.
