The International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Office (INL) in Bogota has a requirement for maintenance & training services on ADANI scanners.


All interested vendors must submit their quotations according to the attached INL RFQ PR16047682 by August 03, 2026, at 4:00 pm via email to RestrepoF@state.gov and BogotaINLSolicitation@state.gov . No quotations will be accepted after this time.


This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested by this notice alone, and a written solicitation will not be issued.


To be considered for award, please follow the instructions given in the document INL- RFQ_ PR16047682 Section 3.


*** Also attached is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award a brand-name procurement action as follows:
The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) at the U.S. Embassy in Bogotá-Colombia intends to award a firm fixed-price purchase order for the supply of Maintenance & training services on ADANI scanners.  For this requirement, an ADANI brand-certified vendor is required to ensure compatibility with existing proprietary technology currently installed in four Colombian international airports. This certification is also required to maintain existing equipment warranty, perform system upgrades and corrective maintenance, and ensure proper functioning. No other supplies or services will accomplish Embassy Bogota requirements. This procurement action is being conducted in accordance with the statutory authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, which states that only one brand-name and no other will satisfy Embassy Bogota requirements. Any interested party that believes it can meet the requirements described herein may identify themselves and must provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement. Responses must be submitted in writing to Felipe Restrepo at RestrepoF@state.gov and must be received no later than August 03, 2026, at 16:00 hours (Bogota, Colombia) time. ***
