Solicitation SV0101-27 is a combined, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract issued by Federal Prison Industries (UNICOR) for the Department of Justice. The contract provides for the procurement and application of agricultural chemicals, including fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides, as well as weekly crop scouting and inspection services performed by a certified Pest Control Adviser (PCA) at the UNICOR Lompoc Farm in California. Key administrative requirements include the submission of invoices via email using AIA Form G-702 and maintaining active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). Proposals are due by November 17, 2026, and must be submitted to the contracting officer, Chad Privett.
