The contract specifies the procurement of 943 units of an insert, screw thread, identified by NSN 5325-00-990-9916 and part number M45932/1-7L, manufactured in accordance with MIL-DTL-45932/1D Revision 2 dated May 26, 2021. Delivery is required FOB origin within 331 days after the order date, with a need ship date of April 18, 2027 and a final delivery deadline of April 26, 2027. The item must be packaged and preserved per MIL-STD-2073-1E using QUP 025, preservation method 10, and specific container types D3 for both unit and intermediate containment, with packaging code U and no cushioning material. Mercury and mercury compounds are strictly prohibited in all preservation, packaging, packing, and marking materials except for functional uses in batteries, fluorescent lights, instruments, sensors, controls, weapon systems, or NAVSEA-specified chemical reagents; where mercury is present in portable lamps or instruments, they must be shockproof and contain a secondary containment boundary as per NAVSEA 5100-003D. Inspection and acceptance occur at origin, with sampling governed by MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 Table 1, using zero non-conformances unless otherwise stated; critical, major, and minor attributes are assigned AQLs of 0.1, 1.0, and 4.0 respectively. The contractor must maintain an inspection system compliant with SAE AS9003 or ISO 9001, and all deliveries must be submitted via WAWF for invoicing and receiving. Cybersecurity requirements under NIST SP 800-171 and DFARS 252.204-7012 are mandated, requiring a current SPRS assessment score.
