Insights Licenses and Location/Identity Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)

The contract involves the acquisition and implementation of up to twenty-five Babel Street Insight licenses along with location and identity APIs to be integrated into the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Case Management & Analytics (CMA) system. This platform will provide ICE with enhanced access to a wide array of data sources, including open source, social media, and commercial data, boosting the agency’s ability to identify, locate, and apprehend illegal aliens within the United States. The system is intended to automate and improve ICE’s lead generation and targeting processes, increasing accuracy and confidence in enforcement operations. This initiative supports ICE’s mission-critical need for advanced analytical capabilities to aid interior enforcement, removal operations, and other federal law enforcement activities. The solutions acquired are designed to enhance data fusion and analytical rigor, contributing to higher-quality targeting packages. The contract is set under a small business set-aside, managed by the Department of Homeland Security with performance centered in Washington, D.C.
