The implementation of the Babel Street Insight Platform and enterprise APIs will enable ICE to have access to robust identity, location and social media data sources to significantly increase ICE’s ability to identify, locate and arrest illegal aliens present in the U.S.
The scope of this acquisition is for up to twenty-five (25) Babel Street Insights licenses and location and identity Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for use in ICE’s Case Management & Analytics (CMA) system. ICE has a mission-critical requirement to further automate capabilities to enhance its lead generation, targeting package quality and confidence score via the CMA Platform. The Babel Street Insight Platform will incorporate information obtained from open source, social media, and commercial data to support interior enforcement, removal operations and a variety of federal law enforcement operations.
