The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Inspection & Testing of Switchgear & Ancillary Equipment, located at the St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center, 1 Chimney Point Drive, Ogdensburg, NY 13669. The Program Work Plan with preventative maintenance tasks, equipment list, schedule matrix, etc. is detailed in Appendix D of the attached contract boilerplate. Interested vendors should review the contract boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid. A mandatory site visit will be held on Thursday, October 10, 2024, at 10:00am EST. Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than October 9, 2024, at 3:00pm EST. Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Thursday, October 17, 2024, by 3:00pm EST per the instructions in the IFB.
