Psychological Risk Assessment Services (Psychologist) This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, for Joyceville Complex, Collins Bay Complex, Bath Complex, Millhaven Institution, Warkworth Institution, Beavercreek Complex, Grand Valley Complex, and the Regional Treatment Centre at Millhaven Institution and Bath Institution in the Ontario Region. Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) has a requirement to obtain professional psychological risk assessment services to support offender case management, decision‑making, and risk management activities. Services include the completion of structured and unstructured psychological risk assessments, professional opinions, and related documentation in accordance with CSC policies, legislation, and professional standards of practice. Objectives: The objective of this requirement is to ensure CSC has timely access to qualified psychological expertise to conduct risk assessments that support safe, effective, and evidence‑based correctional decision‑making. Deliverables: The Contractor must provide professional psychological services, including but not limited to: • Completion of psychological risk assessments as requested by CSC; • Preparation of written psychological reports and professional opinions in the format required by CSC; • Documentation of findings in CSC‑approved systems; • Participation in consultations or clarification discussions related to completed assessments, when required. Clarification discussions refer to consultations with CSC to explain, amend, or respond to questions related to completed psychological risk assessments. All deliverables must meet accepted professional standards, be delivered in English, and comply with CSC security, privacy, and operational requirements.
