This action is for market research only to find out how many businesses can meet the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 9 Enforcement and Compliance Assurance Division for the procurement of an XRF Analyzer for Alloy. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 333516 and he Product code is 6640. See attached "Scope of Work" for the full details of the requirement. All questions shall be submitted via email only by August 12, 2026 at 10:00am EST to Eric Guilleminault guilleminault.eric@epa.gov. Vendors interested in this procurement please submit a response to this RFI on or before Friday August 14th, 2026 at 1PM EST. Responses from interested vendors should confirm that your company can provide the requested items in the Scope of Work via Capability Statement.
