Notice Number: Pre-Solicitation Solicitation Number: FA2521-20-B-YTBD Project Title: Install Emergency Cooling Tower Makeup Water Project No: DBEH_18_1500 PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: This is NOT a request for proposal or Invitation for Bid. The 45th Contracting Squadron, Patrick Air Force Base, FL announces the anticipated release of an Invitation for Bid no. FA2521-20-B-YTBD, Project No: DBEH_18_1500, for the project to Install Emergency Cooling Tower Makeup Water System, on Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS), FL. All applicable provisions and clauses will be included in the actual IFB document. This IFB is being issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside; all other bids will be deemed non-responsive. Contract award will be based on FAR Part 14-Sealed Bidding. An award made will be made to the responsible bidder (IAW FAR 9.104-1) whose bid is responsive to the terms and conditions of the IFB and is most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and price-related factors included in the solicitation. Interested parties should register on-line and subscribe to receive procurement announcements related to this solicitation via the Beta.Sam.Gov, website (www.beta.sam.gov). There will be no paper copies of this IFB. All IFB information may be obtained through the above referenced website. The IFB is expected to be available on or around 4 August 2020 with a bid closing date, depending on the actual release date of the solicitation, on or around 4 September 2020.
