CLIN Structure: CLIN 001 Description: Provide and install new rolling steel bay doors for Anzalduas Dam. Remove the old doors and dispose properly outside of the government facility after the new equipment is working properly. Contractor shall follow Statement of Work (SOW) requirements in which specify the complete work for the Anzalduas Dam Facility. The narrative shall at a minimum include your plan of action, equipment, key team members, and schedule. Past Performance - Provide three (3) references for similar projects. The information shall include name of person, company, phone number, email address, and brief description of the project.
