The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) and Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) at China Lake, CA, are soliciting competitive proposals for Installation Fiber Optics Networking Support Services under a cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) contract with a five-year period of performance (one-year base plus four one-year options).
