Bid #CIP 26-136: The project involves the removal and replacement of Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and driveways at various locations within the City of Loma Linda. This includes saw cutting, removal and disposal of existing concrete, placement of 6-inch crushed aggregate base (C.A.B.), adjustment of existing water meter boxes to grade, and relocation of irrigation systems as required. All work must comply with the City's Standard Drawings and the "Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction" (Green Book). Traffic control measures, including signs, lights, and flaggers, are required to ensure public safety and convenience during construction. The contractor is responsible for obtaining necessary permits and licenses, and for restoring any damaged existing improvements.
