Task Area 1: Integrated Logistics Support and Equipment Provisioning
2.0.1 Scope and Compliance. The Contractor shall provide business, inventory, and logistics support services in strict accordance with applicable directives, including the Financial Resource Management Manual-Procedures (FRMM-P), Electronics Manual, DHS Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC), and C5ISC Configuration and Change Management Policy. The Contractor must supply qualified personnel, supervision, and operational resources necessary to execute all assigned delivery orders under this contract.
2.0.2 Logistics Systems and Provisioning. The Contractor shall execute data entry, maintenance, and research within electronic supply and logistics databases, including the Fleet Logistics System (FLS), USCG NESSS, and DLA WebFLIS, utilizing both graphical and character-based interfaces. Responsibilities encompass managing parent/child Configuration Item (C/I) data, nomenclature development, Allowance Parts Lists (APLs), new item enrollment, existing C/I reprovisioning, and acquisition-focused market research for part replenishment and repair. Support includes evaluating Engineering Changes (ECs) and providing independent assessments of technical data packages, job aids, and illustrated parts breakdowns.
