Does your firm feel that it would be able to complete the project within a 6 month period of performance after award? 8. Does your firm recommend a phased approach to the project? If so, please categorize the phases and the duration for the phases. 9. Does your firm intend to subcontract with other firms to meet the requirements of this project?
