The contract encompasses the supply, implementation, and maintenance of various software solutions including project management, facilities management, and application server software, with an estimated value ranging from $500,000 to $2,000,000. The award decision was based on a scoring and ranking system, with the agency reserving the right to select multiple vendors, divide work, request revised proposals, or award less than all services as needed. Protests against the award must be submitted in writing within specified deadlines—72 hours for notice of protest and ten days for a formal protest—following the procedures set forth in Florida law, including potential bond requirements. Communication regarding the solicitation is restricted to email contacts, with phone inquiries not accepted. The contract scope includes specific commodities such as project management and facilities management software, but detailed technical specifications, inspection and acceptance criteria, and pricing schedules are not included in the available documentation. The procurement emphasizes flexibility for the agency in vendor selection and proposal revisions, with no explicit federal FAR clauses referenced. Administrative contacts for inquiries are Christine Skaggs and Kim Whitwam, and the address associated with the performance is 207 San Marco Avenue, St. Augustine, FL. Overall, the contract reflects a state-level procurement process focused on software solutions for facility management, with procedural safeguards and rights reserved by FSDB.
