ATF has determined that it is in the Government's best interest to award this requirement with a base year and up to 4 option years. The vendor, software and estimated cost(s) for Years 2012-2016 are identified below. - DLT Solutions, located 13861 Sunrise Valley Dr Suite 400, Herndon, VA 20171, Estimated Value Not-to-Exceed $1,390,000.00 DLT Solutions is the sole proprietor of this software; therefore, under the authority of FAR6.302-1, in conjunction with FAR 12, ATF intends to negotiate and award an Order on a sole-source basis to DLT Solutions.
