NA Special Notice Notice of Intent to award a sole-source Purchase Order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), FAR 6.302-1 OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION, to Caswell International Corporation, Minneapolis, MN 55418, for cable assembly-hit sensors, mortal chest and head, pop-up mout targets with Caswell part numbers B20-3199-1 and B20-3199-2. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this Notice. Responses to this Notice must be faxed to Marilyn Revels, Contract Specialist: +1 (555) 000-0000, No Later Than 10 April 2003, 4:30 PM Local Time. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
