The U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Knox, 199 6th Avenue, Suite 250, Fort Knox, KY 40121, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to State Fair of Texas. This is not a request for competitive offers, quotes or capability statements. No solicitation will be posted as a result of this notice. This notice complies with FAR 5.101 (DFARS CD 2026-O0003), methods of disseminating information. However, interested parties may submit capability statements demonstrating their ability to meet this requirement within the required timeframe. All capability statements must be received no later than 04 September 2026 at 1:00 PM Eastern Time. Submitted capability statements shall include sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to meet the requirement, including relevant experience, pricing information (if available), and supporting documentation.
