Directorate of Contracting, Fort Bliss intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to TVI Corporation for the purchase of specific target range parts for the TVI Targetry System to be utilized in these existing ranges for Ft. Bliss, TX. TVI is the current Thermal Targetry System in use at a specific unit on the Ft. Bliss ranges. The exact thermal target parts for the existing equipment are the only ones that will work for this particular range. This company is the only known source of providing the exact parts to match the existing TVI Targetry System for repair or replacement.
