This is a reposting of the Intent to Sole Source dated October 21, 2022. The commodities or contractual services listed in Attachment A of this Notice of Intended Decision is available only from a sole source and may be exempted from competitive solicitation requirements, as stated in the Sanford Airport Authority Procurement Policy adopted September 13, 2022. Unless a notice to the contrary with sufficient information is received from companies by the date indicated that can provide the same products within the Southeast United States including Florida, the Sanford Airport Authority shall proceed with the purchase of listed commodities or services, through May 18, 2024, on the basis that they are sole source to the provider listed and are exempted as defined by the Sanford Airport Authority Procurement Policy.
