The VA Medical Center White River Junction, Vermont, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Siemens Building Technologies, Inc. of Latham, New York to perform a follow-on service contract for the Energy Management System as installed by Siemens. No other parties are trained and/or authorized to service Siemens products. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; No solicitation package will be available.
