--Intent to Sole Source Natural Gas Fort Dix New Jersey

The Fort Dix Directorate of Contracting plans to award a sole source contract to Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) for the provision of natural gas transportation and supply from May 8, 2005, through May 7, 2006, including a base year and one option year.
