All work must occur at the Bremerton, Washington facility and adhere to strict security protocols, including U.S. citizenship requirements for personnel, security screening for a green badge, and compliance with facility badging and conduct rules. The Government retains unlimited rights to all deliverables, including software, documentation, and source code, and prohibits the contractor from using or selling such items without written authorization.
