The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) issued a GSA Task order using other than full and open competition for iPhone application customization services from Intercede, via GSA Schedule Holder Immix Group. The GSA Schedule task order was issued to Immix Group - EC America Division 8444 Westpark Drive, STE 200, Mclean VA 22102. Immix Group was the only authorized reseller for services from the application manufacturer Intercede. Therefore, less than 3 GSA Schedule Holders were solicited for his requirement. The contract will address the requirements of the TSA Office of Security Operations, Transportation Worker Identification Credential / Surface Division program. This GSA Task Order is for services for which the Government solicited and negotiated with only one source under the authority of FAR 8.405-6 (a)(1)(i)(B).
