Interior and exterior painting services

The Columbia County School District is seeking qualified contractors to perform interior and exterior painting services at three schools: Blue Ridge Elementary, Lakeside Middle, and Baker Place Elementary, located in Columbia County, Georgia. The solicitation, identified by number HC-05-22-26A and PE-63610-NONST-2026-000000074, is a fixed-price contract with an option period extending through June 2027, allowing for additional work beyond the initial scope. Bids must be submitted by June 5, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., either by mail, courier, hand delivery, or email to Hudson.Chandler@ccboe.net, with electronic submissions limited to 18 megabytes and requiring electronic signatures. The district reserves the right to award the contract to one or multiple vendors based on a trade-off evaluation that considers bid price alongside service quality, company reputation, product knowledge, and experience. Contractors must complete an immigration and security form within 10 days of award and certify compliance with anti-collusion and confidentiality protocols. All work is subject to inspection and formal acceptance at the district’s business office in Evans, Georgia, with payment issued net 30 days after FMO personnel verify completion.
