The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Presolicitation Notice for Interior Painting, Hopkinton-Everett Lakes, Hopkinton and Weare, NH.


QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE.  SUBMIT QUESTIONS TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST AFTER THE SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED.


THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to paint the interior walls, ceilings, floors, doors, and door frames of the Hopkinton Lake Project Office, the Hopkinton Dam gatehouse, and the Elm Brook Park Ranger Station in Hopkinton, NH, and the Everett Lake Office in Weare, NH. There is a total of 14 (fourteen) door frames, 3 (three) cased openings, and 9 (nine) man doors to be painted. There is a total of 7 (seven) doors requiring interior trim painting only. In total, there is approximately 8,309 sq. ft. of painted surface.

This is not a request for quotes at this time.  The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about August 31, 2026.  Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted.  The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov). 


This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238320 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 Million.
