The Work includes, but is not limited to, reinstatement of floor assembly membrane and lightweight concrete topping where removed to facilitate drying; repairs to walls, including insulation, drywall, fire caulking, trim, and painting; replacement of flooring; ceiling repairs; minor electrical work, including replacement of plugs and ceiling fixtures; and reinstallation of cabinetry and bathtubs. Anticipated timeline for completion of work is 6-8 weeks.Estimated Construction Budget: $150,000-$175,000 Approximately.Anticipated mobilization date is 2 weeks after notice to proceed, commencing at the end of July or beginning of August.This is a public solicitation issued through BC Bid.
