Interior Secure Area Enclosure

The 195th Wing of the California Air National Guard is conducting market research via a Sources Sought Notice to identify commercial sources for a turnkey interior secure area enclosure. The project involves the planning, design, build, delivery, installation, integration, and accreditation support of a secure space to be erected on an existing concrete slab inside a secured warehouse at the San Diego Air National Guard Station. The facility must accommodate 40 workstations, secure server and telecom rooms, administrative offices, conference spaces, and an entry mantrap. All solutions must align with the NIST definition of a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility and adhere to ICD/ICS 705 requirements, IC Technical Specifications, and DoD facility criteria. Potential respondents are requested to provide technical solutions, representative schedules, budgetary rough-order-of-magnitude estimates, and evidence of comparable project experience. Key requirements include the ability to integrate with government-selected intrusion detection and access control systems, as well as providing methods for the government to inspect concealed work.
