The scope of work includes the manufacture, packaging, and delivery of all signage identified in the Contract Documents. All signs shall be delivered complete, labeled, and ready for installation.
Installation of the signage is not included in this Contract. Sign installation will be performed by Broward County. Interior wall surfaces and mounting locations will be prepared by others prior to installation.
To be considered complete, bids must include: 1. Interior Signage for Public Safety Building 2nd Floor Bid Table 2. Cost Proposal for all products listed in the Bid advertisement. 3. Product specification sheet that clearly identifies the minimum product requirements are met as per the Basis of Design (Attachment B), including all Environmental documentation and Certificates with the submittal. 4. Product brochure indicating the product name, number, dimensions and finishes for all sign types, including approved equals. 5. Shop drawings for all the signs. 6. Cut Sheets for the insert system showing change method, insert specifications, and cover type.
INCOMPLETE BIDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.
The successful bidder shall coordinate delivery dates with Broward County Project Manager to ensure timely receipt of materials. All signs shall be packaged to prevent damage during transportation and storage. Any damaged or defective signage identified upon delivery shall be replaced by the manufacturer at no additional cost to Broward County.
All deliveries shall be made during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise approved by Broward County.
