This contract establishes a secure and fully traceable international freight logistics operation transporting military cargo from U.S. origins to Powidz, Poland, ensuring end-to-end visibility and compliance with stringent defense protocols. The scope encompasses full-service management including customs clearance, inland transportation, and final-mile delivery, all aligned with FOB Destination terms that place responsibility for delivery and risk on the contractor until receipt at the designated Polish destination. The contractor must adhere to DPAS requirements, ensuring prioritized handling in accordance with U.S. defense production act mandates, and maintain rigorous documentation and tracking throughout the supply chain to support accountability and audit readiness. All activities must comply with U.S. Department of Defense standards and be performed under the authority of the Defense Logistics Agency.
