The Contractor shall provide services to improve and support the U.S. Census Bureau’s (USCB) Internet Data Collection (IDC) System. Support includes design, development, implementation and maintenance of the IDC system and surveys, as well as the support, maintenance, administration, and upgrading of software of test, development and production environments. Further, support must decrease the response time to issues that arise and allow the system to function in an efficient and secure manner compliant with policies set forth by the Census Bureau’s Office of Information Security.
