This is a Request For Information (RFI) only. There is no solicitation at this time. Attached is a copy of the Sources Sought Notice and the DRAFT Statement of Objectives (SOO). This RFI is not a request for proposals. Any information submitted in response to this RFI is purely voluntary and the Government will not pay for any costs incurred nor is obligated to respond. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned. Capability Statements are requested and specifics are identified in the Sources Sought attachment.
