SCOPE OF WORK: Base Bid: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting, as per the contract documents, for the Bathhouse Replacement and corresponding site improvements project at Suwannee River State Park. Builder’s Risk is required for this project and must be included in bid price. Note: Bidder Prequalification is required for all bids. Each bidder shall provide a copy of its biennial pre-qualification letter from FDEP’s Bureau of Design and Construction.
