BDC04-26/27 The Department of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Design and Construction is soliciting formal, competitive, sealed bids from Contractors licensed to work in the jurisdiction for the project listed below. PROJECT NAME: Suwannee River State Park – Bathhouse Replacement BID SUBMITTAL DUE DATE: No later than 3:30 pm (ET), Tuesday, October 20th, 2026, to the below address: Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Design and Construction, 3800 Commonwealth Boulevard, MS #520, Tallahassee, Florida, 32399-3000, Attention: Logan Lee-Marple, Bureau of Design and Construction, (850) 245-2519. BID POSTING DATE: No later than 3:30 pm (ET), Tuesday, October 27th, 2026, unless extended by the Department for good cause. INSTRUCTIONS: Documents for this bid will be available for download on Wednesday, September 16th, 2026. Any firm desiring a Project Manual with the plans for this project may obtain directions by emailing BDC_Contracts@dep.state.fl.us. SCOPE OF WORK: Base Bid: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting, as per the contract documents, for the Bathhouse Replacement and corresponding site improvements project at Suwannee River State Park. Builder’s Risk is required for this project and must be included in bid price. Note: Bidder Prequalification is required for all bids. Each bidder shall provide a copy of its biennial pre-qualification letter from FDEP’s Bureau of Design and Construction. To request a pre-qualification letter, the bidder should email BDC_Contracts@dep.state.fl.us. If not pre-qualified, the bidder must submit a current State Contractor license certification or registration and current Corporate Charter registration with the bid.
