Iredell County is soliciting proposals from qualified, experienced vendors to provide comprehensive tree trimming and disposal services at various County-owned properties and facilities. The intent of this solicitation is to establish a contract with a qualified vendor capable of providing safe, timely, professional, and cost-effective tree trimming, pruning, removal-related trimming, and disposal services as requested by the County. The selected vendor shall furnish all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, vehicles, transportation, materials, safety equipment, and disposal services required to satisfactorily perform the work identified by the County. Services may be performed at multiple County locations and may vary in scope, frequency, and size based on the County's operational needs. Award of a Contract will be made to one vendor following the process, terms and conditions as described in this solicitation. Vendors shall provide pricing based on the requirements. The proposed cost shall remain in effect for the duration of the contract term of one (1) year, with the option to renew for additional years thereafter provided both parties agree.
