Sealed bids for Civil/Site Construction for the Isle View Enhancement Project will be received by the County’s Commissioner of Public Works in Suite 1400 of the Rath County Office Building, 95 Franklin Street, Buffalo, New York 14202 until 10:30 AM local time on September 4, 2024, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. A site visit is scheduled for August 20, 2024 at 11:00 AM local time at Isle View Park. Erie County MBE/WBE/SDVOB, Apprenticeship program, and Local and Disadvantaged Workforce requirements may apply to this project. Additional information must be found at the Erie County website at https://www3.erie.gov/dpw/ or at the New York State Contract Reporter website at http://www.nyscr.ny.gov. Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) are encouraged to respond. Funding for this project is being provided by the New York State Department of State (NYS DOS) with funds provided under Title 11 of the Environmental Protection Fund.
