Description -


This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 


Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0356 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Nursery Services


This acquisition  is not set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 111150  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. 


See “Attachment 1 - Solicitation Terms and Conditions” for applicable clauses, instructions, and evaluation criteria. 



In order to be considered for award OFFERORS SHALL SUBMIT ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:


  1. Submit Firm Fixed Price quotation on Attachment 3- SF 1449, valid for at least 30 days after receipt of quote.
  2. Submit Sam.gov Unique Entity ID (UEI) with quotation. 
  3. Past Performance References- Please see Attachment 5- Past Performance document for what is required.
  4. Submit Capability Statement- Assurance of experience, capability and qualifications which clearly demonstrate and support the contractor’s claim are essential.


REJECTION OF QUOTATION: Failure to demonstrate compliance or to submit all items requested in solicitation will be cause to reject the quote without further discussions.


DISCUSSIONS: The Government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to conduct discussions should it be deemed in the Government's best interest.
