Issuance of General Lease – Recreational and Protective Structure Use – Lease 4848

The California State Lands Commission is authorizing the issuance of General Lease 4848 for recreational and protective structure use. This lease covers filled and unfilled sovereign land located in the Napa River, specifically adjacent to 1544 Milton Road in Napa, California. The scope of the agreement includes an existing dock, appurtenant facilities, a retaining wall, and a levee area. The lease is set for a ten year term beginning February 1, 2026. Under the guidance of the California State Lands Commission, the project has been granted a categorical exemption under Class 1 for existing facilities, as no significant environmental impact is expected from the issuance of the lease.
