IT-2024-02 Management of Software For Customer Care & Billing System (CC&B) Hosting and Support Services

The Kauai County Department of Water Supply issued solicitation IT-2024-02 to secure a qualified vendor for the hosting and support of its Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) system. The scope of work includes providing hosting solutions, functional and technical support, data environment conversion, system setup, security configuration, and the validation of reports.
