Full Description

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 6.302-1 "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements" and 41 USC 3304 (a)(1). The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract to Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI), located 380 New York Street, Redlands, CA 92373-8100 for ESRI products to support HUD including HUD's Enterprise Geographic Information System (eGIS) and other geospatial work being performed in the agency. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) IS AVAILABLE. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis for this requirement; and is issued for notification purposes only. No known potential alternate sources exist which could satisfy this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for quote/proposal. Any interested party that believes it can meet this requirement described herein may identify themselves and must provide evidence of their capability to fulfill this requirement being requested by 10:00 AM EST on August 29, 2019. Responses must be submitted in writing to Angela. Fortson at angela.fortson@hud.gov and Teresa Harris at Teresa.harris@hud.gov no later than the time and date noted above. Telephone responses and requests will not be accepted. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within discretion of the Government.
