The City of Georgetown is seeking a vendor to provide traffic calming devices at the potential locations specified in Attachment C. Items to be provided include speed tables (Base Bid), speed humps (Alternate Bid), Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) approved signage, and pavement markings. Addenda and Interpretations: All addenda and Q&A posted in the “Public Purchase” portal, if any, shall be considered in preparing a bid, and such addenda shall be made a part of this ITB. Before submitting a bid, it is incumbent upon each vendor to be informed as to whether any addenda have been issued, and the failure to cover in the bid any such addenda may result in disqualification of that bid. No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other pre-bid documents will be made to any vendor orally. Every request for such interpretation should be submitted through the “Public Purchase” portal linked here: http://www.publicpurchase.com/. Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instructions, if issued, will be posted to the “Public Purchase” portal. ALL QUESTIONS AND REQUESTS FOR CLARIFICATION OR INTERPRETATION ARE DUE BY FRIDAY, AUGUST 28, 2026, AT 4:00 PM. Failure of any vendor to receive any such supplementation or interpretation shall not relieve such vendor from any obligation under their bid as submitted. All posts so issued shall become part of the ITB and/or contract documents. All questions related to registration for and use of the “Public Purchase” portal shall be directed to Ashton Powers at ashton.powers@georgetownky.gov.
