Sealed bids for the 2026-30 Biddle Farms Washroom Facilities Build are due by 2:00 pm EST on June 16, 2026, to be received at the Town of Farragut Town Hall, with all bids publicly opened at that time. The project involves constructing a new restroom facility to serve the emerging Biddle Farms development, which includes residential, commercial, and retail components, as well as a greenway/trail and future public event spaces. Work encompasses full site preparation, utility connections for water, sewer, and electrical systems, installation of a concrete building pad and structure, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems including a 225-amp panel and two 2-inch conduits (one spare), outdoor lighting, landscaping, sidewalks, and site restoration, all in compliance with local codes and industry standards. The facility must be fully operational with all necessary certifications, including a certificate of occupancy, along with as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and warranties. The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals, and must comply with OSHA, ADA, and other federal and state regulations. Substantial completion is required within six months of the Notice to Proceed, with final completion within two weeks thereafter.
