ITB# RS-26-52 Bamford Park North Parking Lot Expansion - Phase 1

The Town of Davie has issued Invitation to Bid RS-26-52 for Phase 1 of the Bamford Park North Parking Lot Expansion located at 3801 S Pine Island Road. With an estimated budget of 960,000 dollars, the project requires a qualified contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment to demolish two of four existing basketball courts to create additional parking spaces. The scope of work includes full depth excavation, driveway and parking lot reconstruction, sidewalk installation, sod restoration, and the installation of two catch basins and exfiltration trenches for drainage. Additionally, the contractor must install new light pole foundations and electrical services, while ensuring all work complies with the 2023 Florida Building Code, ADA standards, and FDOT specifications. This is a unit price contract where the award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with local preference credits of 5 percent for Davie vendors and 2.5 percent for Broward County vendors.
