The Professional Development Program (PDP), through the fiscal management of The Research Foundation for State University of New York, is under contract to the New York State Office of Employee Relations (NYS OER) to provide the Public Service Workshops Program (PSWP), which provides workshops to Public Employees Federation (PEF)-represented and Management Confidential (M/C) employees. For the period of May 1, 2024, through December 31, 2025, PSWP will be scheduling training services for the New York State (NYS) workforce. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is intended to identify a vendor who can deliver a 4-day ITIL 4 Foundations training including the Test Voucher for the target population. The identified vendor will deliver ITIL 4 Foundations training including the Test Voucher for the NYS employees from varying New York State agencies to further develop skills in Information Technology Infrastructure Library concepts and approaches to projects that will enhance their ability to successfully lead projects in New York State government. PSWP is a program administered by the Professional Development Program.
